We discussed warranty work and recommended maintenance - James took the time to review everything, answered all of our questions, educated us on maintenance and how we could do the maintenance ourselves. Scheduling the appointment was timely, work was completed before we expected, price was reasonable and below what we expected. We chose to have them do the required maintenance and they were very thorough. We could not have asked for a better experience. It is summer in the South and I got hot. I decided to install a second air conditioner.
I would like to express my appreciation to your staff, Kaylen, Robert and Josh. They all did an OUTSTANDING job and exemplify the level of service that, unfortunately, is rare in much of the RV industry. Beginning with Kaylen who diligently worked to find the parts and schedule the work; to Robert who did the installation; and Josh who provided technical advice so that we ordered the correct parts and expertly supervised the installation - they all worked as team to make us very happy campers. I was able to drop my RV off at 10am and picked it up at 4pm the same day. We drove over to Gulf State park and set up and the new air conditioner cooled the RV down in short order.
I will be highly recommending you all to everyone who will listen. I drove from Covington, Louisiana (186 miles), passing up a number of other RV Dealers, to have RV's Unlimited do this work. I will gladly come that distance again for future work. Please express my appreciation to your team for a job well done. - John

Had to have patio awning replaced due to Harvey when shipped it to rv unlimited damaged it couldn't tell till they put it On the rv which they replaced right away as soon as it came in both times they worked quickly and apologized for the inconvenience not their fault only complaint was having to wait but they asked if I wanted to take home with the one damaged still on it I could so really wasn't out anything insurance paid all but deductible anyway had not given them any money was pleased with their attitude - Gypsie

From the front office, salesman, office ladies and guys in the shop, everyone at this RV sales lot is awesome. They all care about you and helping you find the RV that's right for you. Their customer service is beyond amazing. Everyone that works their goes out of their way to make you happy and to feel like your part of the family. Our salesman Marty was friendly, personable and extremely helpful. If he didn't know the answer to your question he went and found someone who did. He made you feel as if yall were old friends and had know each other forever.
The owner Jeremy, goes out of his way to make sure that you are happy with your RV and they take the time to check your new RV and make sure everything is working and like it's supposed to be. He makes sure that you are being taken care of. The office ladies are all very friendly and make you feel welcome. Josh and his team in the shop went above and beyond to install our Custom air ride hitch. It took them all day but they got it done and while we were waiting the rest of the staff took care of us even going as far as letting us drive one of their cars to go get some lunch. This was by far the friendliest, most helpful, honest RV dealer we have ever dealt with. We will be sure and suggest to anyone looking for a new or used RV to go here.
I would like to add that the staff went over and above once again. About a week after we bought the RV, the dryer quit working. We called Erica in the service department and she got us a new one and 2 shop techs drove an hour to where we were and installed it for us so we wouldn't have to bring the RV back to them to get it done. It shows how much customer satisfaction means to that company. Thank you once again to the staff. - Cathi

If you are looking for a truly honest dealer, whether buying or selling an RV you owe it to yourself to visit RVs Unlimited in Robertsdale, Al. They are wonderful to work with, honest and caring. All rv's are gone over with a fine tooth comb so he is not selling you something that is not in working order.
